Michael Bower, PhD

Michael Bower is an experienced drug discovery scientist who most recently served as a project leader and head of computational chemistry at Reverie Labs.  Prior to Reverie, Mike worked in computational project support and data visualization/analysis at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Incyte Corporation, GlaxoSmithKline, Chiron Corporation, and duPont Merck Pharmaceuticals over the course of 26 years.  He has contributed to multiple teams with assets that are on market and in clinical development.   

Mike holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of California at San Francisco and a BS (summa) in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.  He has taught several chemistry courses at the university and graduate level.
