Peter Germano

Prior to Delix, Peter built his functional expertise by leading the soluble guanylate cyclase project from idea to clinically proven therapeutic target. His expertise in DMPK and Toxicology, and the application of these functions to build translational relationships, has enabled clinical investigation of multiple targets. He has led DMPK, Toxicology and Pharmacology groups at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Cyclerion Therapeutics, Enveda Biosciences and Auron Therapeutics. Peter received a B.S. in Biology from Providence College and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts. Prior to entering industry, he was a NIH fellow in Experimental Medicine at the Harvard Institute of Medicine.
