Stephanie McTighe, PhD

Stephanie McTighe is an experienced pharmacologist and translational scientist, who has led drug discovery teams in both biotech startups and large pharma. Most recently, she helped build both the therapeutic rationale and biomarker package for multiple neurodegenerative conditions as Arkuda Therapeutics’ Director of Pharmacology. Prior to her time at Arkuda, Stephanie led the in vivo pharmacology team at Sage Therapeutics. Her team contributed in vivo data for programs including those that became Zulresso® and Zurzuvae®, novel rapid-acting antidepressants for post-partum depression.

Stephanie holds a BA, MPhil and PhD from Cambridge University and is originally from the UK.
